Most installs take 20–40 minutes for a careful first-timer. The install video for your specific model walks through each panel. We include two skins per order, so if the first install doesn't go as planned, you have a second to try again.

Every template is designed on the actual device before release, so fit issues are rare. If something's off, reach out — we'll offer install help or process a return on unused, non-custom orders. Check the install guide for cutout reference before installing if you're unsure.

Yes. ZenBook Duo has a second screen in the palm rest area, which changes the entire template. Match the exact model — a ZenBook Duo skin is completely different from a ZenBook 14 OLED skin.

Our skins are designed to peel off with heat from a hair dryer. Apply gentle heat to the edge, lift slowly, and the skin should come up without leaving residue. Always test with low heat first on textured or painted chassis.

Yes. The skin goes over the factory spun-metal concentric pattern completely — you'll see whatever material you chose, not the original texture. If you like the spun pattern and want to keep it, a skin isn't the right choice.
