Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition you received it, unused, and unpeeled on its original backing
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
If we've sent you multiple copies of a design (for example, a spare), all copies must be returned in new condition.
To start a return, contact us at Info@m2skins.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package, and the item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the problem is our error — the item arrived defective or damaged, or we shipped something different from what's listed on your order — we'll cover return shipping (see Damage and Issues below). For all other returns, including a change of mind or ordering the wrong model, design, or device, return shipping is your responsibility and the 20% restocking fee applies. We're always glad to help you confirm the right fit before you buy.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received a different item than the one listed on your order, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged items, take thorough, clear photos of the damage to both the skin and the packaging. We ship all orders with insurance, and photos are crucial to the claim process so we can quickly address damaged skins.
Minor bends or folds can usually be installed without affecting the fit and finish of the skin, and we're happy to share tips and tricks to help you get a good install. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you find the best path forward.
Color and screen accuracy
Colors can look different from one screen to another depending on each device's display settings and calibration, so a skin may appear slightly different in person than it does on your monitor or phone. Our product photos and color swatches are produced on color-calibrated equipment to represent each design as accurately as possible.
Because on-screen color varies by device and is outside our control, a return requested because the color looks different than expected is treated as a standard return: return shipping is your responsibility and the 20% restocking fee applies. If we shipped you a different color than the one your order specifies, that's our error and is covered under Damage and Issues.
Lost or missing packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check locally with your post office and neighbors before contacting us. In most cases the situation can be resolved locally — and you'll get your skins much faster. If you still can't locate your package, we'll work with you to reship or provide store credit. For packages marked as delivered, we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note:
- Refunds cover the item only. Shipping and other incidental charges are non-refundable.
- All returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee does not apply when we're at fault — an item that arrived defective or damaged, or that differs from what your order specifies.
- Your refund is based on the amount you actually paid for the item, after any sale pricing, promo codes, or other discounts — not the full retail price.
- If your order received a shipping credit or a promotional benefit tied to the purchase (for example, free shipping or a "spend and save" offer), the value of that benefit is deducted from your refund or exchange credit, or recalculated if your remaining order no longer qualifies for it.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned: custom or personalized skins, gift cards, and final-sale items. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item before purchasing.
