Overview
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provide during checkout, using the delivery method you select. Once your order leaves M2 Skins' facility, legal risk of loss or damage passes to you, and M2 Skins is not responsible for loss that occurs in transit between our facility and your delivery address.
That said, we're not in the business of leaving customers stranded. If your package is lost in transit, just reach out to us at info@m2skins.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
International shipping (please read carefully)
International shipping is open again, and we now ship worldwide via DHL Express.
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means any duties, import taxes, and destination-specific charges are calculated and collected at checkout. You pay them upfront as part of your order total, so there are no surprise customs or brokerage fees when your package is delivered. These rates are set by your destination country — we collect them, but we don't set or control them.
We moved to DHL Express for exactly this reason. We previously tried UPS and FedEx, and both were more expensive and billed customers unrealistic, unpublished brokerage fees on delivery. DDP through DHL Express keeps the cost transparent and paid up front.
By completing and submitting an order, you agree to the international shipping policies below.
Our international shipping policies
- We do not control the cost of international shipping. Our checkout is integrated directly with DHL's pricing system, so the amount you pay is the amount it costs us to ship your order. We wish it were cheaper, too.
- It's up to you to track your shipment and make sure you're available to receive delivery.
- International shipping takes time — sometimes 2–3 weeks, due to customs and other events beyond our control. During this time, tracking may show your package sitting at one location for a while. This is normal.
- We ship all international packages with insurance. If you believe a package is lost, we can file a lost-package claim after 6 weeks. If a package is marked as delivered after a claim has been filed and processed, you'll be required to repay the refund or pay for the replacement. This is the shipping insurer's policy, not ours.
- Please enter your address and contact information accurately and completely. We require a phone number for all international shipments in case your postal service needs to reach you. We will not process refunds or reshipments for orders with incorrect or incomplete information, and such errors may delay your shipment.
- If a package is returned to us, we'll note the reason the carrier marked, photograph the packaging and any added labels, and refund your order, less shipping and the 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges, and any prepaid duties or import taxes, are non-refundable. Any refund processed will not include these charges. Reshipments require shipping to be paid before they're sent.
- We do not sell or ship demo units internationally.
- We do not ship to countries on the suspended-service list.
EU customs changes (current as of mid-2026)
The EU is changing how it taxes low-value imports. As of July 1, 2026, the EU is removing the long-standing €150 duty-free threshold and applying an interim flat customs duty — currently €3 per item type in a parcel — to goods imported from outside the EU. A separate per-parcel handling fee (around €2) is expected to follow later in 2026. These are interim measures ahead of broader EU customs reforms planned for 2028, and the exact amounts and timing are still being finalized at both the EU and member-state level.
Because we ship DDP, any duties and fees that apply to your destination are calculated and collected at checkout and included in your order total, rather than billed on delivery. As with all duties and import charges, these EU fees are set by the destination authorities and are non-refundable. We'll update this section as the rules take effect.
Using a package forwarder
If you're an international customer and would prefer to use a reshipper rather than ship with us directly, we recommend a package-forwarding service such as Stackry or Ship7. You can find more information about these services here: Best US Package & Mail Forwarding Companies.
Please enter your information accurately and completely. We are not responsible for packages that a third-party forwarder loses or claims not to have received — you'll need to contact that company to resolve any issues, though we'll help where we can by providing any order or shipment details you need.
When setting up a forwarder, use box dimensions of 14 × 3 × 3 inches and a weight of 1 lb.
