Most installs take 20–40 minutes for a careful first-timer. The install video for your specific model walks through each panel. We include two skins per order, so if the first install doesn't go as planned, you have a second to try again.

Every template is designed on the actual device before release, so fit issues are rare. If something's off, reach out — we'll offer install help or process a return on unused, non-custom orders. Check the install guide for cutout reference before installing if you're unsure.

Yes. The skin covers the back panels, not the screen, so stylus input works exactly as before. Pen garages and stylus magnets are cut out where the model has them.

Our skins are designed to peel off with heat from a hair dryer. Apply gentle heat to the edge, lift slowly, and the skin should come up without leaving residue. Always test with low heat first on textured or painted chassis.

Yes. The skin cuts around the hinge line so nothing crosses into the rotation zone. The lid and bottom are separate pieces. Take care on initial edge wrap during install — a solid edge seal matters more on convertibles than standard laptops.
