Yes - our skins are cut for the 15.6-inch Victus chassis shared across the fa0000 and fa1000 series, including models like the fa0033dx and fa0035nr. The fa0000 wave uses Intel 12th Gen hardware and the fa1000 is the 2023 refresh, but the chassis dimensions stayed consistent across both. Returns and exchanges work the same way: you have 30 days from delivery, the skin has to be unused and on its original backing and packaging, and return shipping plus any original shipping charges are yours (shipping isn't refundable). The one difference - a refund carries a 20% restocking fee, an exchange doesn't.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, that's on us - no restocking fee and we cover return shipping. Email photos of the skin and the packaging (every order ships insured) so we can make it right.

Yes, our vinyl is designed to come off when you want a change. Take your time at the corners and edges, and the skin should lift in one piece for most installs. Removability is part of why we ship multiple copies - peel one off, refresh with the next.
