We don't cut between individual keys; the skin covers the surrounding deck surface only. The RGB backlighting on the HyperX-style keycaps stays fully visible through the keys.

The keyboard area is covered by the interior portion of the Pro Kit — our cuts are made to fit around the key openings so each keycap stays fully functional and the RGB lighting remains visible through the gaps. The HyperX pudding-style keycaps don't require any special treatment; the vinyl covers the surrounding deck rather than sitting on the keys themselves.

Our skins for the HP Omen 14" Transcend are the same product whether you call them stickers, decals, or wraps - all thin vinyl finishes. We use "skin" as the product name. The Essentials Kit covers the top lid; the Pro Kit adds the interior and bottom - pick whichever coverage suits the look you want.

Returns and exchanges work the same way: you have 30 days from delivery, the skin has to be unused and on its original backing and packaging, and return shipping plus any original shipping charges are yours (shipping isn't refundable). The one difference - a refund carries a 20% restocking fee, an exchange doesn't.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, that's on us - no restocking fee and we cover return shipping. Email photos of the skin and the packaging (every order ships insured) so we can make it right.
