Stealth is MSI's premium thin-gaming line — aluminum unibody, cleaner than Raider, positioned between gaming and creator machines. Material choice should match that premium positioning.

Matte Black and Brushed Black preserve the clean Stealth aesthetic. Satin Aluminum and Brushed Aluminum lighten the chassis. Black Carbon Fiber and Forged Carbon amplify the gaming-performance side.

Installing skins on an MSI Stealth

Stealth laptops have clean unibody geometry with tight edge tolerances — the thin chassis requires precise cutouts. The install guide marks tack points for each Stealth model.

Start by aligning the lid using tack points. Work the squeegee outward. The bottom panel comes next. Take care on edge wrap — Stealth's thin profile is less forgiving of misaligned edges than other MSI lines. Room temperature around 70°F works best.

How long does it take to install a laptop skin?

Most installs take 20–40 minutes for a careful first-timer. The install video for your specific model walks through each panel. We include two skins per order, so if the first install doesn't go as planned, you have a second to try again.

What if the skin doesn't fit my laptop?

Every template is designed on the actual device before release, so fit issues are rare. If something's off, reach out — we'll offer install help or process a return on unused, non-custom orders. Check the install guide for cutout reference before installing if you're unsure.

Does the skin fit the Stealth Studio variant?

Stealth Studio has slightly different chassis dimensions than the standard Stealth. Check the product page for Studio-specific templates, or match the exact model number on the bottom label.

Can I remove the skin later?

Our skins are designed to peel off with heat from a hair dryer. Apply gentle heat to the edge, lift slowly, and the skin should come up without leaving residue. Always test with low heat first on textured or painted chassis.

Is the Stealth skin different from the MSI Raider?

Yes. Stealth is a thin unibody chassis; Raider is a thicker gaming chassis with different vent and lid designs. Match Stealth specifically.
