Every template is designed on the actual device before release, so fit issues are rare. If something's off, reach out — we'll offer install help or process a return on unused, non-custom orders. Check the install guide for cutout reference before installing if you're unsure.

Yes. The cast automotive-grade vinyl adheres cleanly to both aluminum and magnesium chassis. Slim laptops use either depending on model — the skin performs the same on both.

Our skins are designed to peel off with heat from a hair dryer. Apply gentle heat to the edge, lift slowly, and the skin should come up without leaving residue. Always test with low heat first on textured or painted chassis.

Largely yes — Lenovo consolidated the IdeaPad Slim line under the Slim branding in recent refreshes. Older IdeaPad Slim models may still be listed under the IdeaPad name. Match the exact model number on the bottom label.
