Installing skins on a Lenovo LOQ

LOQ laptops have simpler geometry than Legion — fewer design flourishes, straighter panels. The install guide marks tack points for each LOQ model.

Start by aligning the lid using tack points. Work the squeegee outward. The bottom panel comes next. LOQ installs are usually quicker than Legion because the cutouts are less complex. Room temperature around 70°F works best.

Our skins are designed to peel off with heat from a hair dryer. Apply gentle heat to the edge, lift slowly, and the skin should come up without leaving residue. Always test with low heat first on textured or painted chassis.

Will a Legion skin fit a LOQ?

No. LOQ and Legion are separate chassis designs even though Lenovo markets them as related gaming lines. Match the exact LOQ model on the product page.
