How does the M2 skin for the Framework 12 (2025) work with the 360-degree hinge convertible design?

The convertible rotation works as it normally does. The vinyl sits on the exterior panels and conforms to the TPU-over-plastic chassis. If you're unsure which kit covers what, the Compatibility section on this page has the details.

Does the Framework Laptop skin for the Framework 12 fit the Framework 13 or Framework 16?

No, the Framework 12, 13, and 16 are different chassis with different dimensions. The Framework 12 is a 12.2-inch 2-in-1 convertible; the 13 and 16 are larger, non-convertible siblings with their own proportions. Our skins are cut for each chassis specifically, so they aren't interchangeable across models.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Want a different design, finish, or device? Exchange it - there's no restocking fee on an exchange. Email info@m2skins.com to start, and don't ship anything back before we confirm it.

Returns and exchanges work the same way: you have 30 days from delivery, the skin has to be unused and on its original backing and packaging, and return shipping plus any original shipping charges are yours (shipping isn't refundable). The one difference - a refund carries a 20% restocking fee, an exchange doesn't.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, that's on us - no restocking fee and we cover return shipping. Email photos of the skin and the packaging (every order ships insured) so we can make it right.

Custom skins, gift cards, and final-sale items can't be returned. Full details are on our refund policy page.

Can M2 Skins vinyl skins be removed later?

Yes, our vinyl is designed to come off when you want a change. Take your time at the corners and edges, and the skin should lift in one piece for most installs. Removability is part of why we ship multiple copies - peel one off, refresh with the next.

Does the Framework 12 (2025) skin fit the Framework 13 or Framework 16?

No - each Framework model uses a different chassis. The Framework 13 is a 13.5" laptop and the Framework 16 is a 16" machine; both have different dimensions and form factors from the Framework 12. Our skins are cut for each chassis specifically, so they aren't interchangeable across models.

Does M2 make stickers, decals, or wraps for the Framework 12 (2025)?

Our skins for the Framework 12 (2025) are the same product whether you call them stickers, decals, or wraps - all thin vinyl finishes. We use 'skin' as the product name. The Essentials Kit covers the top lid; the Pro Kit adds a wrap-around lid, interior, and bottom - pick whichever coverage suits the look you want.

Does M2 Skins offer free US shipping?

Yes, US orders over $65 ship free at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply below that threshold. International buyers receive an equivalent credit above 65$.
