Why M2 for Microsoft Tablet Designs

Cut to your exact model

Every template is designed on the actual device — cameras, ports, vents, and hinges line up without trimming.

Full back coverage

Templates cover the full back panel — edge to edge, aligned around cameras and speakers.

Handles daily handling

Bag carry, desk use, creative work — cast automotive-grade vinyl holds up to all of it.

No added bulk

The tablet stays slim and light — no hard case footprint, no keyboard cover interference.

Two skins per order

Install one, save one. Practice on the first or hold the second for when the first wears out.

Step-by-step Install Videos

We post a start-to-finish install video online for nearly every device and design we cover.

Material picks for Microsoft Surface tablets

Surface Pro and Surface Go tablets share the clean Surface design language — magnesium construction, kickstand, clean lines. Material choice should respect that aesthetic.

Satin Aluminum, Matte Black, and Charcoal Grey read as natural finish alternatives. Brushed Aluminum and Satin White transform the look while preserving the clean geometry.

Black Carbon Fiber adds grip for active use. Prism adds character for users who want a distinctive appearance.

Installing a Surface tablet skin

Surface Pro and Go have integrated kickstands that open away from the back panel. The install guide marks tack points for each Surface model.

Start by aligning the back using tack points. Work the squeegee outward. The kickstand hinge line needs a clean edge so the kickstand opens and closes without catching. Room temperature around 70°F works best.
