Most installs take 20–40 minutes for a careful first-timer. The install video for your specific model walks through each panel. We include two skins per order, so if the first install doesn't go as planned, you have a second to try again.

Our skins are designed to peel off with heat from a hair dryer. Apply gentle heat to the edge, lift slowly, and the skin should come up without leaving residue. Always test with low heat first on textured or painted chassis.

Every template is designed on the actual device before release, so fit issues are rare. If something's off, reach out — we'll offer install help or process a return on unused, non-custom orders. Check the install guide for cutout reference before installing if you're unsure.

Flip the laptop over — the model is printed on the bottom label (Galaxy Book3 Pro, Galaxy Book4 Ultra, etc.). The generation number matters because Samsung updates chassis annually. Match the full model string on the product page.

Yes. The skin cuts around the hinge so the 360° rotation works as before. The lid and bottom pieces each have clean hinge-line edges that don't catch when folded. Take extra care on edge wrap during install — the convertible hinge puts more stress on edge adhesion.
